The Atosa CB3L021 is a commercial coffee and tea brewer that produces up to 160 cups (12 gallons) per hour. At 28 1/2" tall, the low profile CB3L021 slides under most overhead cabinets and shelving, keeping the brewer, the server and your cups within easy reach on a standard counter. It pairs directly with Atosa's 1.5 gallon CD-15 vacuum insulated coffee dispensers and short tea dispensers.
The CB3L021 gives you two side-by-side brew baskets in a 21 5/8" wide cabinet, so staff can run a dark roast and a decaf, or coffee and iced tea, at the same time. During a breakfast rush, one side can brew while the other server is being poured, keeping full servers ready without stopping the line.
Sprayhead technology spreads water evenly over the grounds for uniform extraction and a consistent flavour profile. Pre-infusion lets the grounds bloom before the brew cycle begins, and pulse brew delivers water in timed pulses so every batch tastes the same, whether it is brewed by an experienced barista or a new hire.
A 5" colour touchscreen makes the brewer easy to learn. Save your own brew recipes for one-touch operation, track total brew cycles with the built-in brew counter for maintenance scheduling, and upload settings by USB to keep several locations brewing to the same standard.
A built-in hot water tap supplies water for tea, hot chocolate and instant soups without a separate kettle. Recovery is rated at 3.0 to 3.7 gallons per hour at 1440W and 4.6 to 7.4 gallons per hour at 2180 to 2880W, and energy-saver mode lowers the tank temperature during idle periods to cut operating costs.
The brewer is field adjustable for 120V or 208-240V service and ships with a NEMA L14-20 plug as standard (NEMA 5-15P optional). A 3/4" MNPT water inlet, push-to-connect fitting and 3/8" tubing are included for a clean plumbed installation, and the stainless steel body is ETL listed and backed by a 1 year parts and labour warranty.

Questions
Common questions from operators.
Both brewers share the same brewing system, touchscreen and 160 cup per hour capacity. The difference is height. The low profile CB3L021 is 28 1/2 inches high, so it fits under most overhead cabinets and works with Atosa CD-15 coffee dispensers and short tea dispensers. Choose the tall CB3T021 if you want to brew directly into tall tea dispensers with drip trays.
Yes. The CB3L021 is field adjustable for 120V or 208-240V. On 120V it draws 12A at 1440W with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Switching to 208-240V raises the heating power to 2180 to 2880W, which increases hot water recovery from about 3.0 to 3.7 gallons per hour to 4.6 to 7.4 gallons per hour for busier locations. The twin model ships with a NEMA L14-20 plug as standard, with NEMA 5-15P available as an option.
The twin design suits hotel breakfast buffets, catering kitchens, banquet halls, university cafeterias and busy cafés that need two blends or coffee and iced tea ready at the same time. If you need only one brew station, look at the CB3L011.
