Phoenix is our own brand, so we handle the warranty in-house. It covers defects or damage, so please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us at sales@phoenixfe.ca or 1-833-669-8003 and we'll make it right.
Our Economy tables have an 18 gauge 430 stainless steel top with a galvanized undershelf and legs, and they're a great value for dry prep areas. Our Premium tables use a heavier 16 gauge 304 stainless steel top with stainless steel legs and undershelf for extra strength and corrosion resistance, which suits wet or high use areas. Both are NSF approved and stand 34 inches high. If you're not sure which model fits your kitchen, contact us and we'll help you compare options.
Yes. Every Phoenix table comes at a standard 34 inch height, and we can cut the legs down to a custom height for an additional cost. The undershelf height is also adjustable. You can add casters, over shelves, and extra undershelves, and Premium tables also come with a backsplash option. Contact us with the size you need and we'll help you set it up.
