What Qualifies For A Price Match
We want to be your best price, every time. Here's what we look for when you send in a competitor's price.
Eligible Items
- Same manufacturer, model number and configuration as the item on our site.
- In stock and available to ship immediately from the competitor.
- Sold by an authorized Canadian retailer — not a marketplace or auction listing.
- The price is current, not an expired or past promotion.
Proof We Accept
- A direct link to the live competitor product listing.
- A dated screenshot showing the item, price and retailer name.
- A written quote on the competitor's letterhead or official email.

Not Eligible
- Clearance, liquidation, refurbished or open-box pricing.
- Bundle deals, financing offers or limited-time flash sales.
- Marketplace or third-party auction listings.
- Prices in USD or from retailers outside Canada.

Do quotes from retailers outside Canada count?
We are only able to mact hpricing from Canadian retailers. Products sold by companies outside on Canada aren't authorized sellers, and may not have warranties attached to them.
How long does it take to get a price match approved?
Most requests are verified and confirmed within one business day. We'll follow up by email once we've checked the competitor's price.
Can I combine a price match with financing or a rebate?
Yes. A price match is applied to the equipment price first, and any applicable financing or utility rebate is calculated on top of that matched price.
