Commercial Coffee Cups & Mugs in Toronto & Canada

Coffee cups, espresso cups, and mugs are the pieces guests actually hold, so you'll want them whenever you're opening a café, adding espresso or lattes to the menu, or replacing chipped cups and missing saucers. Browne's PALM White Porcelain Stackable Cup comes in a pack of 12 in seven sizes, from 3 oz to 11.5 oz, and is dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe, with matching PALM White Porcelain Saucers in 4.75", 5.5", and 6" diameters. The Phoenix Milford Mug holds 10 oz in dishwasher and microwave safe white ceramic, and the Milford line also includes the Milford Espresso Cup With Saucer at 2.7 oz and the Milford Latte Cup With Saucer at 6.8 oz. For a big coffee or latte, the Ancap Verona Jumbo Coffee Cup & Saucer holds 16 7/8 oz and is made in Italy. We stock and ship commercial coffee cups and mugs out of Vaughan to kitchens across Toronto, Mississauga, Markham, and Hamilton, and to the rest of Canada beyond the GTA.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions we hear from operators.

What size is an espresso cup?

A standard espresso cup holds about 2 to 3 oz, and a double shot needs a little more room. Our Phoenix Milford Espresso Cup is 2.7 oz (80 ml), and the Browne PALM cup starts at 3 oz. For a cappuccino or small latte, step up to around 6 to 8 oz, such as the 6.8 oz Milford Latte Cup or the 7 oz PALM cup. For a large coffee or latte, the 10 oz Milford Mug, the 11.5 oz PALM cup, and the 16 7/8 oz Ancap Verona give you more room. Browse our full tableware range to match the rest of the table.

What size saucer fits my coffee cup?

Match the saucer to the cup's diameter, and pair them by size rather than by look. The Browne PALM saucers list which cups they fit: the 4.75" saucer (563971) goes with the 3.5 oz cup (563976), the 5.5" saucer (563972) with the 7 oz cup (563978), and the 6" saucer (563973) with the 7 oz or 11.5 oz cup (563983). The Milford espresso and latte cups arrive with their saucers already matched, at 4" and 6" diameters. Because PALM cups and saucers are stackable and sold in packs of 12, restocking a full set is simple.

Do espresso cups make a difference?

Yes. A thick-walled cup holds heat, which keeps espresso from cooling too fast, and the shape affects how the crema sits and how the drink smells and tastes. Ancap's Verona line is made for coffee roasters, with an egg-shaped inside bottom that helps produce and keep a good crema, in hard, translucent porcelain. Warming cups before you pull a shot also helps. If you serve a lot of espresso, a professional-style cup like the Verona is worth a look next to standard white ceramic.
