What is the warranty on Duracold products?

Duracold is our own brand, so we honour the warranty directly and warranty service is covered in store. Most Duracold refrigerators and freezers come with 1 year parts and labour plus 3 years on the compressor, while the GD series glass door refrigerators carry 1 year parts and labour. Each product page shows the coverage for that model, and we also sell replacement parts. Can I get an extended warranty on Duracold equipment?

Yes. Eligible Duracold refrigerators and freezers offer extended warranty options right on the product page. Depending on the model, you can choose 1 year parts and labour with 5 or 7 years on the compressor, or 2 years parts and labour with 7 years on the compressor.
