Yes, we ship across Canada, with rates depending on your exact postal code. Shipping rates can be calculated on every product page or during the checkout process.

If you reside in Canada and cannot receive a shipping rate, please email us at and we will personally calculate one for you.

We have done our very best to get accurate rates for most locations in Canada, and we are always updating to make sure we can provide the best information on our website.

Even still, there may be some products that are disproportionate in size relative to their weight, and so the shipping rate found online will not be as accurate as we intend. In these very rare situations, we will contact you once the order is placed to let you know of the correct shipping rate and how to proceed.

All items under can be shipped by parcel, depending on the size and sturdiness of the product. All other products will be shipped via pallet. All pallets are delivered to your door. Unfortunately, we do not work with any shippers that are able to bring shipments inside for you.

Orders are typically processed and shipped out 1-3 business days from date of order. Shipping time varies by location and shipment size. For parcel orders shipping times are typically 1-8 business days. For LTL pallet orders shipping times are typically 1-10 business days.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor it's location and estimated arrival date. If you are having any questions about your shipment, please contact us at, and we can contact the carrier on your behalf.

Please inspect all orders prior to signing any shipment receipt. If any order received appears to be damaged at the time of delivery, please either refuse delivery or mark the delivery as damaged with the driver.

If the damage appears to be minor, it can be accepted by the customer at their discretion. In this case, we still highly recommend marking the shipment as damaged with the driver as an added security.

If the damage appears to be severe we recommend that customers refuse the delivery and mark the shipping receipt as damaged.

Returns & Refunds

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. New items can be returned for store credit 30 days from date of purchase. Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and without damage. A restocking charge may apply depending on the condition of items returned.

Please note original shipping charges are not eligible for return. Any additional shipping charges required to return products will not be covered in the return, and may be counted against the refund.

We gladly accept exchanges on any new products that are still in their original packaging, unused, and without damage.
