Moyer Diebel Commercial Dishwashers & Glass Washers in Toronto & Canada

Moyer Diebel Commercial Dishwashers & Glass Washers in Toronto & Canada

Moyer Diebel was founded in 1945 by two Royal Canadian Air Force pilots, Art Moyer and Howard Diebel, and it still builds its dishwashers and glass washers in Jordan Station, Ontario. Why choose Moyer Diebel over a dishwasher brand like Hobart? Moyer Diebel machines are made right here in Canada, and the company says practically every bar, casino, tavern, and hotel in Canada uses a Moyer Diebel glass washer. Its machines carry a 1 year parts and labour warranty, handled by Moyer Diebel through its authorized service agents. One standout is the Moyer Diebel DF Revolution Rotating Glass Washer. Its rotating conveyor cleans up to 1,200 glasses an hour, and a cool water final rinse means glasses are ready to fill right away. We also carry the Moyer Diebel NEXUS N900 Under Counter Dishwasher, with a built in booster for 180°F sanitizing, and the NEXUS DHT pass through dishwasher. Every model is quick ship and usually goes out within 1-2 business days. Phoenix Food Equipment ships Moyer Diebel from Vaughan across Toronto, the GTA, and the rest of Canada. Moyer Diebel products aren't available for shipping to the USA.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions we hear from operators.

What is the warranty on Moyer Diebel products?

Moyer Diebel handles the warranty on its machines through its authorized service agents. The dishwashers and glass washers we carry come with a 1 year parts and labour warranty, which runs 1 year from installation or 15 months from shipment, whichever comes first, and it should be registered within 10 days of installation. We can assist with any brand that isn't in-house, so if you have any questions, or your machine arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us at sales@phoenixfe.ca or 1-833-669-8003.

Where are Moyer Diebel products made?

Moyer Diebel dishwashers and glass washers are made in Canada. The company has built them in Jordan Station, Ontario, in the Niagara region, since two Royal Canadian Air Force pilots founded it in 1945. Today it's part of the Ali Group as Champion Moyer Diebel. Every model we carry is NSF certified, along with ETL or UL. If you have questions about a specific model, contact us and we'll help.

What's the difference between a high temp and low temp dishwasher?

A high temp dishwasher sanitizes with a final rinse of about 180°F. The NEXUS N900 undercounter has a built in booster to reach that temperature, and the NEXUS DHT pass through model cleans up to 60 racks an hour. A low temp machine sanitizes with chemicals instead, like the DF Revolution glass washer, which finishes with a cool water rinse so glasses are ready to use right away. If you're not sure which one fits your kitchen, contact us and we'll help you compare options.
