The 27" x 18 1/4" platform is sized for full-size 18" x 26" dough boxes, including Winco's PL-3N and PL-6N polypropylene dough boxes and the PL-36NC cover. Boxes sit squarely on the deck, so stacks stay stable as you roll them across the kitchen floor.
Smooth Rolling With a Built-In Handle
