Hands-Free Cleaning for iCombi Pro AutoDose
The Rational 56.01.912 Active Green cleaner cartridges are made for iCombi Pro ovens equipped with the iCareSystem AutoDose option, and Rational also uses them in iHexagon. The cartridge combines the proven cleaning power of the Active Green cleaner tab with integrated storage, so the oven doses exactly the amount of solid cleaner it needs for each cycle.
Automatic and Autonomous Cleaning
With AutoDose, cleaning can start on a set schedule, after use, or fully autonomously at the end of the day. The oven selects the right program, draws the correct dose from the cartridge and can power itself off when finished. Staff spend less time on cleaning and the kitchen gains consistent, HACCP-friendly hygiene.
Safer Chemical Handling
The cartridges hold solid cleaner, which means no decanting, no spills and no leaks when it is time for a change. Intelligent slots recognize which chemical is installed where, and the oven displays the remaining number of cleaning cycles and guides operators through each cartridge change.
Less Packaging, Less Waste
Compared with individually packaged tabs, the cartridge format cuts plastic waste by about 50% and packaging volume by roughly 80%. Each cartridge is made from 100% polypropylene and can be recycled where local programs accept it, helping kitchens meet sustainability goals.
Pair With Rational Care Cartridges
Install these alongside Rational care cartridges (56.01.914) so the AutoDose system can handle both cleaning and limescale care automatically. Keeping a spare box on hand ensures the oven never skips a scheduled clean during busy service periods.
