The Rational 56.01.535 Active Green cleaner tabs are the factory cleaning chemical for iCombi Pro and iCombi Classic combi ovens, and Rational also lists them for its iHexagon units. Each tab is individually wrapped and drops straight into the cooking cabinet when the automatic iCareSystem cleaning program asks for it, so staff never measure, pour or handle open liquid chemicals.
Phosphate-Free Formula With Less Chemical Per Clean
Rational reformulated the Active Green tab to be phosphate- and phosphorus-free while keeping the cleaning power professional kitchens rely on. Depending on the cleaning program selected, the new formula needs up to 50% less cleaning chemical than the tab it replaced, which lowers the cost of every cycle and reduces the load sent down the drain.
Ultra-Fast Interim Cleaning
When the oven needs to turn around between services, the Active Green tab supports Rational's ultra-fast interim clean, which gets an iCombi Pro back to a hygienic cooking cabinet in about 12 minutes. That keeps breakfast, lunch and dinner production moving without a long shutdown. Ultra-fast cleaning is not available on the iCombi Pro XS.
