Phoenix heavy duty storage racks are designed to handle heavy and bulky items. The pallet rack style design is flexible and robust, perfect for heavier weights that wire shelving can't handle. The connecting design makes this shelving system more stable as you connect more pieces, making them perfect for parts rooms, retail, or large storage applications.

The flat board inserts prevent small boxes from being unbalanced or getting caught in openings formed by traditional wire grates. With a large variety of size combinations, this shelving is flexible enough to fit any space, from a warehouse to a home garage.

    • Kit includes 2 painted steel frames (with hardware) & 4 shelf layers (including reinforced steel flat boards and painted steel beams)
    • Frames are put together using steel bars, nuts and bolts, all included (assembly required)
    • Frames are made of steel and painted blue, beams and flat board inserts are painted blue
    • To construct your racking system, two frames are required, but only one additional frame is required after the initial rack is constructed, since each frame can connect to beams on both sides
    • 800 to 1100 pound capacity per shelf layer when evenly distributed (800lbs capacity for each 8' layer, 1100lbs capacity for 4' and 6' layers)
    • True measurements may vary slightly. Please see table below for precise measurements:

    Strong and Sturdy Shelving

These shelves are great. They are easy to put together and are very sturdy. We pack these shelves with canned food at our food bank. We are very happy with these shelves because we can load 1000 lbs per shelf! We purchased 11 and will be placing an additional order.

No Instructions, need them to put it up properly

There was no instructions to put these shelves together properly. I even went to there website thinking that they would have something there but NO! Now I have to email them for the instructions, so I can’t put it together today because I’m waiting for an email. Wow

    Decent Quality Already Repurchased

I've compared multiple sources for racking in my warehouse. This is my final selection for what I could find on the internet. I've already reordered. Strongly recommend if you are looking for industrial racking.
