        I should specify that I haven't had to utilize the warranty yet, and hopefully won't for the duration of this freezers life. The warranty on these Nordic Air's is crazy, 2 years on the compressor, 7 years on everything else. If you take care of your stuff, you should be laughing.

        I saw a complaint on one of these items that it came dented, I asked Phoenix about that, and the customer had paid for third party shipping, so it got dinged by some hacks.

        I paid to have the phoenix crew bring my stuff, they were so efficient and professional And guess what, no dings, just a big ass freezer slid right in the door.

        Definitely enjoying this thing.
