        Very incompetent services… Buyer BEWARE!!!

        I ordered a Juicernet SC-3 Sugar Cane Juicer. 4 days after ordering I had not received any communications about anything. I called to find out what was going on and only then was I informed that I needed to fill out a customs form. I immediately completed and emailed the form back. Despite that, there was a long delay before my equipment was shipped. When I contacted Phoenix about it the young lady I spoke to was very unprofessional and consistently tried to shift the blame to me. After 3 calls she stopped dealing with me and I spoke with a different person. While he was a little better, the whole shipping process was chaotic and I was trying to open my juice bar at the same time. To top it all off, I received a 2nd invoice requesting payment for the juicer I had already paid for! I will never, ever again use this company again and I would warn any potential customers to find a more reliable and professional service for your restaurant equipment. I definitely got some new gray hairs dealing with their customer service representative. Yuck!
        This incident negatively affected my grand opening plans. They have offered no compensation. I should have more diligently checked out their reputation before making my purchase. Buyer BEWARE!!!
