Custom Frozen Treats Made to Order
The Flavor Machine FM24 is a commercial frozen yogurt and ice cream blender that turns a single base product into an unlimited menu of flavours. Operators place a portion of hard frozen yogurt or ice cream in the mixing cup, add real fruit, candy, cookies or nuts, and pull the handle. In seconds the stainless steel auger blends the mix-ins into the base and dispenses a fresh, made-to-order treat right into the serving cup.
One Base Product, Endless Flavours
Instead of stocking dozens of tubs or running several soft serve flavours, the FM24 lets you build every flavour from one base. Frozen strawberries, blueberries, pineapple and banana, along with chocolate bars, cookies, granola and nuts, become signature blends your customers can watch being made. It is a practical way for ice cream shops, frozen yogurt bars, cafés and convenience stores to expand a dessert menu while keeping inventory simple.
Heavy-Duty 1 HP Drive and Stainless Steel Auger
A 1 HP heavy-duty ball bearing drive motor powers a stainless steel auger with a cutting blade and serrator at the base of the cup, grinding mix-ins evenly through the product for a firm, creamy finish. The operating mechanism is built from stainless steel and heavy-duty aluminum, and the stainless steel cabinet stands up to daily use in busy front-of-house locations.
Built-In Self-Rinse Eliminates Flavour Carryover
The standard rinse switch sends cool water through the mixing cup and auger between servings, so a strawberry blend never tastes like the peanut butter order before it. A stainless steel sink and strainer assembly is included for installation in the countertop below the machine, with a cold water inlet at the back of the unit.
Simple to Operate, Easy to Clean
New staff can learn to serve consistent portions within minutes using the single actuating handle. The auger, cup, serrator and splash ring remove for cleaning and sanitizing, and the FM24 is UL, NSF and CSA listed for commercial foodservice. Running on a standard 115V outlet, it fits on a front counter facing the customer or on a back counter where guests can watch their treat being made.
