Artisan Pizza, Outdoors
The Crown Verity CV-PZ36-TT is a 36" tabletop pizza oven for restaurants and pizzerias that want to take artisan pizza out to the patio. Carrying handles on both sides and four stainless steel legs make it easy to place on a sturdy table or counter and move when the season changes.
Volcanic Cooking Stone
A special volcanic cooking stone absorbs and holds high heat, and its smooth, low-porosity surface prevents sticking. The 35 1/2" x 16" cooking deck combines direct, convection and radiant heat, the three heat sources needed for a crisp base and evenly cooked toppings.
Independent Tile Control
Each 12" cooking tile is controlled by its own 12,500 BTU stainless steel burner, with a 5,000 BTU advanced pilot system that keeps the oven lit in outdoor conditions. With three independently controlled tiles, you can bake different pizzas or other menu items at different temperatures at the same time.
Built to Last Outdoors
The oven body and legs are 304 stainless steel, and a dual dome system captures heat for reliable, consistent results. Removable windguards, a removable centre finishing shelf, a crumb tray below the stones and a door cover are all included, and every oven is tested by a factory technician before it ships fully assembled on a skid.
Propane or Natural Gas
Order the oven in liquid propane with two-stage regulators and hoses, or natural gas with a single gas connection and a 10 ft. quick disconnect for a permanent patio installation.
Expand Your Menu and Your Space
An outdoor pizza oven turns a patio, terrace or event space into a new revenue stream without adding indoor kitchen load. With a 35 1/2" x 16" deck and three independently controlled tiles, the CV-PZ36-TT can bake a steady flow of pizzas, flatbreads and baked dishes while your main kitchen keeps up with the rest of the menu.

Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions from operators.
What makes the volcanic cooking stone in the CV-PZ36-TT different from a standard pizza stone?
Volcanic stone absorbs and holds very high heat, so the deck recovers quickly between pizzas and delivers a crisp, evenly baked crust. Its smooth, low-porosity surface also resists sticking and is easier to keep clean than many porous ceramic stones.
Can I bake different items at the same time in the CV-PZ36-TT?
Yes. Each 12" tile has its own burner and control, so the three tiles can run at different temperatures. Many operators bake thin-crust pizza on one tile while finishing flatbreads, calzones or roasted vegetables on another.
How does the tabletop pizza oven compare with other Crown Verity pizza ovens?
All Crown Verity pizza ovens share the same volcanic stone, burners and dual dome design. The difference is how they are set up: the Mobile model rolls on its own cart, and the Club Series model adds onboard 30 lb. propane tanks. Choose the style that best fits your space and how often the oven moves.
