    The Alpha electric steam tables are a simple solution to display your most popular food options. No water is required, which allows for a cleaner work surface, longer lasting elements and easier operation. Can be used with water by simply inserting a water pan.

    • Heating elements operate dry, NO WATER REQUIRED; simply insert food pan overtop the exposed element for direct heating
    • Can be used with steam by purchasing C-WPF or 80907 water pans for each well (208-240V recommended for use with water pans)
    • Fits 4 full size steam table pans
    • Compatible with Alpha AHT-Series sneeze guard
