What is the warranty on Urnex products?

Should I use Cafiza tablets or Cafiza powder?

Both clean coffee oils and residue from espresso machines. Cafiza tablets are pre measured, so they're easy to dose for daily backflushing and work well in superautomatic machines. Cafiza powder is ideal for backflushing and for making a soaking solution to clean portafilters, baskets, and screens. Many cafés keep both on hand. If you're not sure which one fits your machine, contact us and we'll help you choose.

How do I clean my coffee grinder with Urnex Grindz?

Run Grindz tablets through your grinder like coffee beans. They pull coffee oils and old grounds out of the burrs and casing without taking the grinder apart, and they're made from food safe, plant based, biodegradable ingredients.
