Rhino Coffee Gear is an Australian owned company based in Newcastle, and it grew out of the demand for tough, commercial quality tools for the coffee industry. Its range covers pitcher rinsers, milk pitchers, tampers, knock boxes, and cleaning gear for cafés, restaurants, and coffee bars. Rhino's pitcher rinsers carry a 12 month limited warranty from the manufacturer. Its smallwares don't carry a warranty, but we'll help if anything arrives defective or damaged. One standout is the Rhino Pitcher Rinser With Spinjet. Its Spinjet valve sprays and spins at the same time for a stronger mechanical clean, and Rhino says it uses up to 30% less water than other rinser valves. A honeycomb grate and sloped body help it drain fast, and it's NSF certified. For smaller bars, the Rhino Pitcher Rinser 150mm + Spinjet is the most compact rinser in the range. What is the warranty on Rhino Coffee Gear products?

Rhino Coffee Gear's pitcher rinsers come with a 12 month limited warranty from the manufacturer, starting from the date of purchase. It doesn't cover labour, normal wear on parts like springs and seals, damage from misuse or installation, or problems caused by poor water quality. Rhino's smallwares, like milk pitchers, tampers, and knock boxes, don't carry a warranty. What do I need to install a Rhino pitcher rinser?

Rhino pitcher rinsers drop into a cutout in your bench and connect to a water supply and a drain. Each one comes with the sink, the Spinjet spray valve with its actuator star, and a John Guest hose adapter, but the drain hose isn't included. Rhino recommends having the rinser on hand before cutting your countertop, and the 150mm model needs about 150mm of clearance under the bench.
