Nemco's warranty goes through the manufacturer. Manual food prep tools like the Easy Chopper, Easy Wedger, and fry cutters carry 2 years parts and labour, and electrical equipment like hot dog grills, food warmers, and hot plates carries 1 year parts and labour. Check the product page for your model. Where are Nemco products made?

Nearly every product in Nemco's line is made in the USA, at its home in Hicksville, Ohio, where the family run company has designed and built foodservice equipment since 1976. Most of the Nemco products we carry list Made in USA and NSF certification on their product pages, and many electrical models are ETL certified as well. For a specific model, contact us with the model number and we'll confirm it before you order.

What's the difference between the Nemco spiral fry cutter and ribbon fry cutter?

Both use the same threaded screw drive and mount on any flat surface for right or left handed use, but they cut different styles of fries. The Nemco 55050AN Spiral Fry Cutter makes classic 1/4 x 1/4 inch spiral fries, while the 55050AN-R ribbon fry cutter makes thin 1/16 inch ribbon fries, straight or wavy. The same design also comes as the Easy Vegetable Noddler, which turns zucchini and other firm vegetables into noodles.
