ITV Ice Machines in Toronto & Canada

ITV was founded in 1981 by refrigeration engineer Octavio Cordón in Valencia, Spain, and it's still a family owned company building ice machines there today. Its name stands for Industria Técnica Valenciana, and in more than 40 years it has only ever made ice machines. Why choose ITV over a brand like Hoshizaki? ITV's self contained undercounter models use natural R290 refrigerant, they're built from 304 stainless steel right down to the door, and they carry a 3 year parts and labour and 5 year compressor warranty through the manufacturer. One standout is the ITV DELTA NG150 Ice Machine. Its patented upward spray water system makes crystal clear gourmet ice that drops as separate cubes, so there's no need to break the ice apart. We also carry the ITV SPIKA NG130 Ice Machine, which makes half cube ice and adds 5 years on the evaporator, plus the DELTA NG80 and NG120. Every ITV model we carry is quick ship and usually goes out within 1-2 business days. Phoenix Food Equipment ships ITV from Vaughan across Toronto, the GTA, and the rest of Canada and the USA.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions we hear from operators.

What is the warranty on ITV products?

ITV's warranty goes through the manufacturer. The ITV DELTA ice machines we carry come with 3 years parts and labour and 5 years on the compressor, and the SPIKA NG130 adds 5 years parts and labour on the evaporator. We can assist with any brand that isn't in-house, so if you have any questions, or your ice machine arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us at sales@phoenixfe.ca or 1-833-669-8003.

Where are ITV ice machines made?

ITV ice machines are made in Spain. The company was founded in 1981 in Valencia and still builds its machines at its factory in Riba-roja de Túria, near Valencia. Every ITV ice machine we carry lists Made in Spain and is ETL certified. If you have questions about a specific model, contact us with the model number and we'll help.

What's the difference between ITV DELTA and SPIKA ice machines?

It's the shape of the ice. DELTA machines make gourmet ice using a patented upward spray system, so the cubes come out crystal clear and drop separately, which is great for cocktails and premium drinks. SPIKA machines make half cube ice with a vertical water system, and the ice drops in sheets that break apart into cubes, which suits soft drinks and blended drinks. A full cube is available on request. If you're not sure which fits your bar, contact us and we'll help you compare options.
