Equipex Pizza Ovens & Chicken Rotisseries in Toronto & Canada

Equipex was founded in 1996 in Providence, Rhode Island, and specializes in compact countertop cooking, holding, and display equipment. It's part of the Spring USA family and works with European manufacturers like Roller Grill, a French maker since 1947. Why choose Equipex? Its chicken rotisseries and pizza ovens are built to fit smaller kitchens, and the rotisseries are made for low ventilation areas, which can help you avoid a costly ventilation system. Every Equipex model we carry comes with a 1 year parts and labour warranty, handled by Equipex. One standout is the Equipex RBE-25 Electric Chicken Rotisserie. Infrared quartz elements roast 16 to 25 birds in 5 rotating baskets, and it sits on the matching Equipex RE-2 Electric Chicken Rotisserie Warmer, which has pass through doors for loading and serving from either side. We also carry the Equipex PZ-430S Electric 17-Inch Single Deck Counter Top Pizza Oven, made in France with a fire brick stone deck and separate thermostats for the top elements and deck. Equipex is typically special order with an estimated lead time of 4-6 weeks. Phoenix Food Equipment ships Equipex from Vaughan across Toronto, the GTA, and the rest of Canada and the USA.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions we hear from operators.

What is the warranty on Equipex products?

Equipex handles its own warranty. Every Equipex model we carry, including the RBE chicken rotisseries, the RE-2 rotisserie warmer, and the PZ-430 pizza ovens, comes with a 1 year parts and labour warranty, and the coverage on the pizza ovens is listed as limited. We can assist with any brand that isn't in-house, so if you have any questions, or your equipment arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us at sales@phoenixfe.ca or 1-833-669-8003.

Which size Equipex chicken rotisserie do I need?

It depends on how many birds you roast at once. The RBE-8 has 2 rotating spits for 6 to 8 birds, the RBE-12 has 3 spits for 9 to 12 birds, and the RBE-25 uses 5 rotating baskets for 16 to 25 birds, depending on bird size. The RBE-8 and RBE-12 run on single or three phase power, while the RBE-25 is three phase and fits on top of the RE-2 warmer. If you're not sure which size fits your volume, contact us and we'll help you choose.
