What is the warranty on Epicurean products?

Epicurean's warranty goes through the manufacturer. Every Epicurean product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or not following the care instructions. What are Epicurean cutting boards made of?

Epicurean boards are made from a paper composite, layers of paper bonded with resin and pressed into a dense, solid board. The material is made in the USA, and Epicurean says it's been used in commercial kitchens for more than 75 years. It's NSF certified for food contact, FSC certified, and GreenGuard Gold certified, and it's knife safe, so it's easy on your blade edges. Every board we carry is made in the USA and NSF certified.

Are Epicurean cutting boards dishwasher safe?

Yes. Epicurean's paper composite can be sanitized in any home or commercial dishwasher, and every Epicurean board we carry is dishwasher safe. The boards are heat and stain resistant, and the HACCP board is nonporous. Our serving paddles are heat resistant to 350°F, so they can hold hot food straight from the oven.
