Enbridge Gas — Ontario
- You're a commercial or industrial Enbridge Gas customer, including former Union Gas service areas.
- You own or operate a commercial kitchen, food retail or foodservice facility.
- Your location is within Enbridge Gas's Ontario service territory.
FortisBC — British Columbia
- You're a commercial natural gas customer of FortisBC.
- The equipment is going into a commercial kitchen in FortisBC's BC service area.
FortisBC sets its own eligible models and discount amounts, separately from Enbridge Gas. Tell us which model you're considering and we'll confirm current FortisBC eligibility and savings for it.

Rebate FAQ
Do I need to apply for this rebate?
No. This isn't a rebate you send away for — it's an instant discount. As a participating dealer, Phoenix Food Equipment applies it directly to your invoice and handles the utility's proof-of-sale requirement on your behalf.
Does electric cooking equipment qualify?
No. Both programs are funded by natural gas utilities, so only qualifying natural-gas equipment is eligible.
What if I'm not on Enbridge Gas or FortisBC service?
The instant discount only applies to active commercial customers of those two utilities. If you're outside both service areas, the equipment is still available at its regular price — talk to us about the efficiency upgrade either way.
How do I know if a specific model qualifies?
Look for the rebate callout on the product page, or contact our team with the model you're considering. Utility programs update their qualified product lists periodically, so we confirm current eligibility before your order ships.
Can I combine this with financing?
Yes. The rebate is applied to the equipment price first, and financing is available on the remaining balance. We can walk through both options together.
