    Hi I called you last week regarding a issu with the machine that I just got on January 5th.

    I was redirected through Waring direct line
    Since last week I got no news. I have 3k équipement with a concern issue and no follow up.

    Plus I had an issu as well with the delivery. The address of the billing and shipping was switch. That cause me a disagreement with the delivery Compagnie ( FedEx) which I called to confirm shipping address and the agent did a mistake and got confused with another order link with my phone number.

    I'm so sorry to hear you aren't happy with your unit. Waring handles the warranty directly, so we have to follow their rules and direct you to them with any issues. If you don't hear back from them in a few days, please let us know. There isn't much we can do from our end, but we'll try our best.

    I see you reached out asking to change the shipping address, but unfortunately the unit was already with a driver to be delivered that morning, so we weren't able to change the address in time.
