Displayed products sit on 7 galvanized wire and epoxy-coated shelves behind tempered glass, while 14.5 cu. ft. (410 L) of lower storage keeps backup stock within arm's reach. Staff can restock in seconds without walking to the walk-in, which keeps the case full during busy service.
