A Simple Way to Cut Oil Costs

The Frymate ATFS75 deep fryer filter helps commercial kitchens get more life out of every batch of fryer oil. Sized at 19 3/8" x 13 3/4" for 70 to 75 lb. fryers such as the Atosa CookRite ATFS-75 and Cecilware FMS705, it sits in place of the standard fryer rack and catches crumbs, breading and batter before they sink into the cold zone. Cleaner oil lasts up to 40% longer, which means fewer oil changes, lower oil spend and less downtime during service.

    550 Micron Stainless Steel Mesh

The filter is built from Type 304 stainless steel with a precision 550 micron fine mesh. It is fine enough to trap the particles that darken and break down oil, yet open enough to let hot oil circulate freely so your fryer heats and recovers as normal. The rigid frame holds its shape through years of daily use in a busy kitchen.

Better Tasting Food, Batch After Batch

Burnt crumbs left in the fry pot carry off-flavours into everything you cook. By lifting that debris out throughout the day, the Frymate filter keeps oil clearer and helps fries, chicken, fish and appetizers come out consistently golden with a cleaner taste. It also reduces the need to skim the fryer between orders.

Fast to Empty and Easy to Clean

An elevated stainless steel handle lets staff lift the filter out safely, turn it over a sheet pan and tap out the crumbs in seconds. For best results, empty it about once an hour depending on volume. At the end of the day it goes straight into the dishwasher, or it can be washed by hand with hot water and degreaser.

Made in the USA and Backed by Frymate

Each Frymate filter is manufactured in the USA and covered by a 1 year warranty on the frame, handle and mesh welding. The ATFS75 fits a wide range of Atosa CookRite and Grindmaster-Cecilware fryers, and it works alongside your existing fine particle filtration for the cleanest possible oil.

    Questions

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Common questions from operators.

Which fryers does the Frymate ATFS75 filter fit?

    The ATFS75 measures 19 3/8" x 13 3/4" and fits fryer models ATFS75, BDGF150, FMS705, F5-N, CDF70, CBF70, FDF-75N, FTFS75, CF75, PCFS75, FM150, QL15 and GF150, including the Atosa CookRite ATFS-75 and Grindmaster-Cecilware FMS705. If your model is not listed, contact our team and we will confirm the right size before you order.

Why does a large 75 lb. fryer benefit so much from a Frymate filter?

A 70 to 75 lb. fry pot holds a lot of oil, so every early oil change is expensive. Large fryers are also usually the workhorses for high-volume fries, chicken and fish, which means more crumbs in the cold zone. Catching that debris with the ATFS75 can extend oil life by up to 40%, and the savings add up fastest on the biggest fryers.

How do I install the ATFS75 for the first time?

Install it when the fryer is empty and drained. In most cases you remove the fryer's original rack so the oil level stays the same, but check the bottom of the pot for sharp edges first and leave the rack in place if you are unsure. Older fry pots can be slightly warped, so it can help to lower the left-hand side in first.
