240V Induction Power for Professional Kitchens

The Eurodib CI3500 commercial electric induction cooker delivers 3500W of heating power on a compact countertop footprint. Running on 240V, it brings water to a boil and sears proteins far faster than standard 120V induction burners, giving chefs the speed of a full range burner without the open flame, gas line or hood requirements. It is a smart way to add a high-output burner to a sauté station, buffet line or catering setup.

    Precise Power and Temperature Control

Easy-touch button controls and a bright digital LED display make the CI3500 simple to operate during a busy service. Adjust output from 500W to 3500W for everything from gentle simmering to rapid boiling, or switch to temperature mode and choose from 10 preset settings between 60°C and 238°C (140°F and 460°F). A built-in timer programmable up to 170 minutes lets staff set it and focus on the rest of the line.

Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel and Vitroceramic Glass

Eurodib builds the CI3500 with a heavy-duty stainless steel housing and a high quality vitroceramic glass cooking surface. Because induction heats the pan directly, the glass stays cooler than a traditional hot plate, spills do not bake on, and cleanup takes little more than a wipe with a damp cloth. Two internal cooling fans protect the electronics for dependable everyday use.

    Built-In Safety Features

Automatic pan detection shuts the power off within one minute if no cookware or the wrong type of cookware is placed on the surface. Overheat protection and clear error codes alert operators before a small issue becomes a service call, and the unit enters standby after 120 minutes of continuous use without a timer, adding peace of mind in high-traffic kitchens.

    Portable and Energy Efficient

Weighing just 11 lbs, the CI3500 moves easily between the kitchen, front-of-house action stations and off-site events. Induction transfers energy directly into compatible cookware, so less heat escapes into the room, keeping kitchens cooler and reducing energy waste. It accepts flat-bottom cast iron, steel, enameled iron and magnetic stainless steel pans from 5" to 10" in diameter, and it is cETLus and NSF certified for commercial foodservice.

    Questions

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Common questions from operators.

What cookware works with the Eurodib CI3500 induction cooker?

The CI3500 needs magnetic, flat-bottom cookware between 5" and 10" in diameter, such as cast iron, carbon steel, enameled iron or induction-ready stainless steel. Aluminum, copper, glass and ceramic pans will not heat, and the unit will shut itself off within one minute if no compatible pan is detected. A quick test is to hold a magnet to the bottom of the pan; if it sticks firmly, it will work on induction.

Why choose the 240V CI3500 over a 120V induction cooker?

Most 120V countertop induction burners, including Eurodib's own CI1800, top out at 1800W. The CI3500 runs on 240V and delivers up to 3500W, nearly double the power, so it boils water, recovers temperature after adding cold food and sears noticeably faster. It is the better choice for high-volume sauté, stir-fry and stock work, as long as your kitchen has a 240V NEMA 6-20R outlet.

What situations is the Eurodib CI3500 ideal for?

The CI3500 suits any operation that needs a powerful burner without installing gas or a hood: restaurant sauté and pasta stations, hotel and banquet omelette or action stations, catering events, food trucks with 240V power and ghost kitchens. Its 11 lb weight and compact 12 7/8" x 16 3/8" footprint also make it a reliable backup burner during equipment repairs or busy holiday service.
