The unique FLARETROL system allows perfect control of flareups to infuse flavor while preventing charring.

    • Special in shot gas burners supply broiling heat to a durable ceramic hearth
    • The BARBRIQ transmits searing radiant heat and mixes with meat juices for natural fuel and unmatched flavor
    • Burner jets are located along the sides of the recessed hearth, preventing the jets from becoming clogged with grease, ashes, soot or food, extending the useful life of the charbroiler
    • Grease mixes with the hearth to create ashes that are easily swept away, reducing clean up time and avoiding messy grease trays
    • FLARETROL system temporarily cools hearth bricks to control flare ups
