The body, cooking grates, burners, radiants and water pans are all 304 stainless steel. This all-stainless build resists rust and weather, so the grill can stay outdoors season after season, and cleaning is as simple as opening it up and power washing it. Crown Verity backs it with a limited lifetime warranty on the body and cooking grates.
Fast Heat-Up and Precise Control
Five individually controlled 15,000 BTU stainless steel burners deliver 80,000 BTU of commercial-rated output and bring the grill to cooking temperature in about five minutes. Your team can set hot and cool zones for searing, finishing and holding, with fast recovery after every new load.
No Flare-Ups, Easier Cleanup
A pullout water tray below the burners catches grease and cools drippings before they can ignite, giving you consistent results and a safer work area. Water pans with a drain spout make end-of-day cleanup quick, so crews can break down faster after long events.
Built to Travel
Handles on each end, an additional side handle and extra crash bars on the front face protect the valves and knobs when the grill is loaded, stacked and unloaded. It ships fully assembled on a skid and requires no electrical connection.
