The TD-5L-ND is the short model without a drip tray, designed for the low profile CB3L011 and CB3L021 brewers. The TD-5T-DT is the tall model with a removable drip tray, and it works with both the CB3L and the tall CB3T brewers.
Is the TD-5L-ND insulated for hot tea?
No. The TD-5L-ND is a single-wall stainless steel dispenser intended for iced tea and other cold beverages. For hot coffee or tea, use an Atosa CD-15 series vacuum insulated coffee dispenser, which holds 82°C (180°F) or higher for up to 4 hours.
Should I choose the 5 gallon or the 3 gallon size?
The 5 gallon TD-5L-ND is built for high-volume quick service restaurants, buffets, cafeterias and catered events. If you serve smaller volumes or have limited counter space, the 3 gallon TD-3L-ND is a better fit.
