"Please use ALL CAPS for accurate rates" this is clearly displayed where shipping rates can be estimated, but the only entries to make are via pull down menu or numbers. Just annoying but I have to ask, so am I missing something or does this not make sense?
When I first saw how small this ice machine was, I didn’t think it would keep up with our busy little diner. It keeps up just fine, as a matter of fact it seems to always be full no matter what our demand on it is.
Product is as I expected. I have not used it too much yet but exactly as I wanted.

Cannot be more satisfied if the quality of those shelves. So much easy to install. A little expensive for delivery as we’re mostly use to free shipping these days but it arrives very fast.

It was great to discover Phoenix. Now I can customize all my wire shelving needs to fit any space. If there is any downside, the packaging is sometimes not well done. My first order was slightly damaged. Not affecting function.

It has been so great to locate Phoenix. I have been looking for a long time to replace one or two of the shelf leveling clips on my wire shelves, and Phoenix had them ready in stock and shipped them immediately.

The poles works great with the original one as well.
Only downside is shipping costs( only express shipping and it is not cheap ) but i am fine with the cost since the shipping is really quick.

The shelf is made with high quality stainless steel. I ordered one with right drainage but they sent left. Because of the hassle of sending it back, I’ve decided to keep it.

Invest in a more heavy duty machine one day in the future. I needed something in the meantime and this is a good choice.Sometimes the meat gets stuck and it’s hard to take off the grinder piece itself, but overall does the job. A lot gets done in half the time compared to my last machine.. the foot pedal was a good addition. I do Not have to have the machine running continuously which allows some cooldown time in between

Was looking for 42 inches wife steel table with backsplash got optimal space utilization in my kitchen and only a few companies sell this size and that too at reasonable price. received the order within days and very easy to assemble.
