What is the warranty on Winco products?

Winco's warranty goes through the manufacturer. Winco electric equipment, like its food warmers, strip heaters, and scales, carries 1 year parts and labour. Please inspect smallwares like pans and utensils when they arrive. We can assist with any brand that isn't in-house, so if you have any questions, or your order arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us at sales@phoenixfe.ca or 1-833-669-8003.

Where are Winco products made?

Winco is based in Lodi, New Jersey, and it's part of CFS Brands, which runs manufacturing locations across several countries. Winco sources its range from a number of factories, so the country of manufacture depends on the product.
