What is the warranty on Unox products?

Unox handles the warranty on the Unox combi ovens, speed ovens, holding cabinets, and ventless hoods we carry, which come with a 1 year parts and labour warranty. Unox countertop convection ovens are sold in our Eurodib collection, and Eurodib handles the warranty on those models. Do Unox combi ovens need a hood?

Many Unox combi ovens can run with a Unox ventless hood instead of a traditional exhaust hood. The XAVHC hood fits the XAVC-0511, XAVC-1011, XAVC-06FS, and XAVC-10FS, and the XACHC-HC13 fits the narrow XACC-0513. They condense steam and filter odours and heat from the exhaust. Check your local codes before you install, and contact us if you have questions about your space.

What size Unox combi oven do I need?

It depends on your volume. The XAVC-0511 holds 5 full size steam table pans and the XAVC-1011 holds 10. The XAVC-06FS and XAVC-10FS take 6 or 10 full size sheet pans, and the XAVL-2021 floor model holds 20 full size sheet pans for high volume kitchens.
