What is the warranty on Potis products?

Potis is our own brand, so we honour the warranty directly. Potis shawarma broilers come with a 1 year parts and labour warranty, and the gas GD series adds 2 years on the motor. We also stock replacement parts for every Potis broiler. Should I choose a gas or electric Potis shawarma broiler?

Gas GD series broilers run on natural gas, with a propane conversion kit available, and come with 3, 4, or 5 burners and electronic ignition. Electric models like the E2 and E3 use electric heating elements and a traditional top mounted motor. Both spin clockwise or counter clockwise with an adjustable skewer position. If you're not sure which model fits your kitchen, contact us and we'll help you compare options.

Do you carry replacement parts for Potis broilers?
