What is the warranty on Phoenix products?

Phoenix is our own brand, so we handle the warranty in-house. It covers defects or damage, so please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us at sales@phoenixfe.ca or 1-833-669-8003 and we'll make it right.

What's the difference between Phoenix Economy and Premium work tables?

Our Economy tables have an 18 gauge 430 stainless steel top with a galvanized undershelf and legs, and they're a great value for dry prep areas. Our Premium tables use a heavier 16 gauge 304 stainless steel top with stainless steel legs and undershelf for extra strength and corrosion resistance, which suits wet or high use areas. Can I customize the height of a Phoenix stainless steel table?

Yes. Every Phoenix table comes at a standard 34 inch height, and we can cut the legs down to a custom height for an additional cost. The undershelf height is also adjustable. You can add casters, over shelves, and extra undershelves, and Premium tables also come with a backsplash option. Contact us with the size you need and we'll help you set it up.
