Jura Automatic Coffee Machines & Accessories in Toronto & Canada

Founded in 1931 in Niederbuchsiten, Switzerland, Jura has focused on fully automatic coffee machines since the early 1980s. Why choose a Jura over a traditional espresso machine like La Marzocco? A Jura grinds, tamps, and brews each cup at the touch of a button, so an office, hotel, or restaurant can serve consistent specialty drinks without a trained barista. Jura handles its own warranty in Canada, with 1 year on professional machines and 2 years or 6,000 cups on residential models. One standout is the Jura GIGA X8 Commercial Automatic Coffee Machine. It has two ceramic disc grinders and two pumps, it's rated for up to 200 cups a day, and like every Jura it uses the Pulse Extraction Process, which pushes water through the coffee in short pulses to draw out more aroma. For a home or small office, the Jura S8 Residential Automatic Coffee Machine makes up to 27 specialties, and we also carry accessories like the Jura Cool Control milk cooler. Jura products have an estimated lead time of 2-5 days. Phoenix Food Equipment ships Jura from Vaughan across Toronto, the GTA, and the rest of Canada. For USA orders, please contact us to confirm availability.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions we hear from operators.

What is the warranty on Jura coffee machines?

Jura handles its own warranty in Canada through its service network, including the Jura hospitality centre in Mississauga. Professional machines carry a 1 year warranty, and residential machines carry 2 years or up to 6,000 cups, whichever comes first. Accessories like the Cool Control and cup warmers carry 1 year. We can assist with any brand that isn't in-house, so if you have any questions, or your machine arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us at sales@phoenixfe.ca or 1-833-669-8003.

Which Jura coffee machines are commercial and which are residential?

Jura's professional line is built for daily volume. The W8 is rated for up to 50 cups a day, the X10 for up to 100, and the GIGA X8 and GIGA X8C for up to 200, with the X8C adding payment and user management options. The C3, C9, E6, E8, S8, J8 Twin, Z10, and GIGA 10 are residential units, a great fit for a home, a small office, or a boutique. If you're not sure which model fits your space, contact us and we'll help you compare options.

Where are Jura coffee machines made?

Jura is a Swiss company based in Niederbuchsiten, Switzerland. Most of the machines we carry, including the GIGA X8, X10, S8, J8 Twin, Z10, and GIGA 10, are made in Switzerland, while the C3, C9, E8, and W8 are made in Portugal.
