Di Giorgio Lab Espresso Machines in Toronto & Canada

Di Giorgio Lab is a family owned espresso machine maker in San Giuliano Milanese, just outside Milan, with more than thirty years of family experience in the coffee industry. Its lineup centres on the LAB*100 and LAB*200. Why choose Di Giorgio Lab over a well known Italian brand like Astoria? It's a small family workshop that builds its machines 100% in Italy with a network of Italian suppliers from Piedmont to Veneto, so every machine gets artisanal care and attention to detail. Both LAB*100 machines we carry come with a 1 year parts and labour warranty, handled by Di Giorgio Lab. One standout is the Di Giorgio Lab LAB*100 Two Group Espresso Machine. It's built for high volume coffee service around an 11.5L copper boiler with an anti oxidant treatment, and its pre infusion system and programmable dosing keep every shot consistent. We also carry the Di Giorgio Lab LAB*100 One Group Espresso Machine, which runs on 110-120V power. Both machines are typically special order with an estimated lead time of 2-8 weeks. Phoenix Food Equipment ships Di Giorgio Lab from Vaughan across Toronto, the GTA, and the rest of Canada. For USA orders, please contact us to confirm availability.

Where are Di Giorgio Lab espresso machines made?

Di Giorgio Lab machines are 100% made in Italy. The company is based in San Giuliano Milanese, just outside Milan, and works with a carefully selected network of Italian suppliers from Piedmont to Veneto. It's a family business with more than thirty years in the coffee industry, and its team of about ten people handles production, logistics, and sales.

What's the difference between the Di Giorgio Lab LAB*100 one group and two group?

The two group model is built for high volume coffee service, with an 11.5L copper boiler and 220-240V power. The one group has a 5L copper boiler with an internal heat exchanger and runs on 110-120V, which makes it a good fit for smaller cafés and restaurants. Both share a pre infusion system, programmable coffee and hot water dosing, stainless steel steam and water wands, an automatic wash cycle, and an adjustable drip tray that fits cups up to 110mm tall.
