    Great mixer at a great price

    This KitchenAid has made sourdough prep so efficient. The adaptability with attachments is wonderful. The slicer/shredder one is good. Very different feel compared to a tilt mixer, with regard to placement and removal of mixing hooks. But it feels more solid that tilt mixers. Phoenix Food Equipment easily had the lowest price.
