The Alpha electric steam tables are a simple solution to display your most popular food options. No water is required, which allows for a cleaner work surface, longer lasting elements and easier operation. Can be used with water by simply inserting a water pan.
Features & Specifications:
- Fully stainless steel construction with built-in cutting board
- Heating elements operate dry, NO WATER REQUIRED; simply insert food pan overtop the exposed element for direct heating
- Can be used with steam by purchasing C-WPF or 80907 water pans for each well (208-240V recommended for use with water pans)
- Fits 4 full size steam table pans
- Compatible with Alpha AHT-Series sneeze guard
- Fully insulated compartments
- High quality 18 gauge stainless steel construction
- 4 stainless steel legs with adjustable feet
- Includes under shelf for extra storage and support
- Removable cutting board, 7" deep & 1/2" thick
- Mechanical guards on switches
- Dial controls temperature of each well independently
- Each well has indicator light that shows power on and element heating
- Wheels are available as an extra option to make a portable warming cart
